Board Composition

The Board consists of selected active members of the Club who have demonstrated exceptional expertise, engagement, and commitment to the development of the technology community.

Role of the Board

The Board of the CTO Professionals Club Macedonia serves as a strategic advisory body that supports the long-term vision, direction, and development of the Club and its professional community.

Its purpose is to provide expert insights, guidance, and recommendations in the areas of technology leadership, innovation, education, and digital transformation.

Operational management and final decision-making authority remain with Semos Education, which administers and facilitates the Club.

Purpose and Scope of the Board

The Board provides strategic and professional guidance by:

  • Advising on the Club's annual program, themes, and priorities
  • Supporting the growth and professionalization of the community
  • Recommending initiatives in innovation, education, and digital transformation
  • Strengthening partnerships, visibility, and member engagement
  • Ensuring the relevance and quality of events, sessions, and activities

Note: The Board has an advisory function and does not hold executive or operational decision-making authority.

Leadership

  • The Board elects a Board Chair from among its members.
  • The Chair leads Board activities, coordinates discussions, and represents the Board in communication with Semos Education.

Meetings & Engagement

  • The Board meets quarterly (every 3 months) or in alignment with Club session schedules.
  • Additional meetings may be held when needed.
  • Active participation of all Board Members is expected and required.

  • Providing input for program development, agenda planning, and strategic topics
  • Supporting partnerships, projects, and the Club's growth
  • Contributing expertise to content development, sessions, and initiatives

Dragan Shahpaski

Dragan Shahpaski is a deep-tech innovator in digital health and Co-Founder/CTO of Sorsix, the company behind Pinga®, a modular Health Operating System that powers national electronic health records and enterprise health solutions across Europe, Australasia, and North America. He has built and scaled more than 20 engineering teams and created Macedonia's most successful computer engineering internship program, mentoring over 250 young professionals.

Under his leadership, Pinga has grown to 50+ customers, 300 healthcare sites, and over 100,000 daily users, processing more than 3 billion clinical interactions. His achievements include national deployments such as Moj Termin (North Macedonia), Moj Doktor (Serbia), and Te Puna (New Zealand). Dragan's work earned IHE-Europe's "xShare" Silver Label for EHDS interoperability and recognition by WHO Europe and the EU Health Directorate as a digital health success story.

He serves on the WHO SPI-DDH and EHTEL EHDS Technology Working Groups, contributing to international standards and policy development. His recent publication, AI Act Compliance within the MyHealth@EU Framework: A Tutorial, reflects his commitment to safe, interoperable, and human-centered innovation.

Dragan holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Ss. Cyril & Methodius University and is fluent in English and Macedonian.

Irena Ivanovska is Senior Director at Semos Education, a visionary leader dedicated to shaping the future of technology and education. As the first woman in Macedonia to earn the Microsoft Certified Trainer title, Irena broke barriers and set new standards for excellence in tech education. Renowned for her emotionally intelligent leadership and passion for lifelong learning, she inspires teams, organizations, and learners around the world. Through her work at Semos Education and her presence at international summits, Irena continues to champion collaboration, innovation, and the power of knowledge to drive progress.

Marko Serafimovski

Senior Director, Semos Education

Marko Serafimovski is an executive with a decade long experience in IT education, certification, and international business development. Currently serving as Senior Director and Board Member at Semos Education, he leads strategic initiatives across AWS, Oracle/Java, Cisco, and ISTQB programs, while advising on AI and digital transformation strategies. Marko also manages DevOps training programs and drives B2B/B2G sales for strategic clients.

Previously, he held roles as International Business Development Manager at Semos Education, where he expanded operations in Albania, Kosovo, and Saudi Arabia, and as COO/CEO at Certiadria, overseeing multi-year business strategies, vendor negotiations, and public speaking engagements at industry events. His career began in financial management consulting, providing due diligence and strategic planning.

Marko holds an MA in Business Administration (Management) and a BA in Business Administration (Finance) from the University American College Skopje as well as EDP education from the prestigious Northwestern Kellogg university. He is passionate about innovation in education, digital marketing, and global partnerships.

Milan Arizankoski

Milan Arizankoski is an experienced ICT professional and project manager with over 15 years of expertise in designing and implementing large-scale national systems across healthcare, social services, and public administration.

He has led major digital transformation initiatives, including the nationally recognized e-Health system "MojTermin" and national property appraisal and municipal tax platform "Komuna".

He also serves as a Regional ICT Advisor at SOS Kinderdorf International, supporting cloud, collaboration, and data protection initiatives across multiple countries in the world covering 14.000+ users.

Miron Mimidinovski is a technology leader at Endava with a strong focus on software delivery, digital transformation, and the development of high-performing engineering organisations. He is committed to helping businesses realise meaningful value through technology by aligning engineering excellence, organisational capability, and innovation.

A strong advocate of capability building and cross-functional collaboration, Miron works to break down silos, strengthen teams, and enable more effective ways of working across complex environments. His professional interests include engineering culture, delivery maturity, DevOps practices, and the role of leadership in building resilient and adaptable organisations. In a period shaped by rapid advances in AI, he believes that paradigm shifts bring not only new opportunities, but also significant challenges around direction, adoption, trust, and organisational readiness. Clear vision and leadership are essential in helping organisations navigate change with clarity, build the right capabilities, and respond with confidence.

Through his involvement in the CTO Professionals Club Macedonia, Miron brings a practical, delivery-led perspective shaped by real-world transformation experience. He is passionate about fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the development of today's and tomorrow's technology leaders.

Valentina Taseva is a visionary leader in IT education and digital skills development. As CEO and Owner of Semos Education, the leading training and certification center in North Macedonia, she has built strong partnerships with global technology leaders such as Microsoft, AWS, and Cisco.

She is a Member of the Board of the Leading Learning Partners Association (LLPA) and a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Macedonian Chamber of Commerce, where she actively contributes to education, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives at national and regional level. Valentina also serves as Managing Partner at Certiadria.

With an Executive MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management, she has received multiple awards for entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation. Her mission is to empower individuals and organizations across the region with future-ready digital skills.

Viktor Mitrevski is an engineering leader with over 18 years of experience advancing digital transformation in fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. He currently leads multiple mobile, web, and integration teams delivering digital banking solutions in Switzerland. His career includes CTO, CEO, and senior engineering director roles at companies in Canada, Germany, the UK, and other regions. Through his consultancy, he guides organizations through complex technical transformations, scales engineering teams, and implements modern practices such as cloud architectures and AI-augmented workflows.

As a PhD candidate, he researches Generative AI safety and privacy in regulated enterprise environments, with a focus on responsible AI integration in industries such as financial services. He is committed to mentoring engineers and building teams where technical expertise, business acumen, and continuous learning drive success.
